*	Please note that Online Ordering does not constitute to a confirmed order.
*	Online Ordering will only be confirmed upon a confirmation call from the confectionery manager.
*	Cancellations of orders must be made via phone calls to the confectionery.

Payment

*	Payment to be made upon delivery of goods by cash or cheque only, Cheque should be made payable to "Yiling Confectionery". No postdated cheques are accepted.
*	Price listed on Yiling Confectionery website (www.yilingcakes.com.sg) are all in Singapore Dollar (S$). Prices listed are subjected to changes without prior notice.
*	Yiling Confectionery is not liable for any pricing error. Yiling Confectionery the choice store promotional events are not applicable for online purchases and vice versa.

Fresh Fruits Cake

*	All cakes with fresh fruits are advised to be best consumed within the same day of receiving the product

Decorations Accessories

*	The finished products vis-à-vis displayed designs in website are subjected to slight variations, including colour.
*	Decorative accessories are subjected to availability and sizes of accessories cannot correspond with the varying cake sizes. Availability of designs are subjected to festive seasons and selected occasions.

Voucher

*	Give a Yiling Confectionery Voucher and let your relatives, friends, colleagues and business associates decide what and when to enjoy our delicious range of products. It's convenient as you need not deliver the cakes yourself. It's redeemable at all our outlets and it's valid for 1 year.
*	Available in denominations of S$6.00 and S$10.00. Please allow at least 3 days' notice for all voucher orders.

Photo Design

*	All our cakes can now be decorated with your favorites photograph or picture. Using the latest technology in food processing, we make your celebration unique and memorable! We can print your personal pictures onto any of our cakes. Put your favorite picture of your family, friends, new born baby, pets, graduating class, etc.
*	We can enlarge, reduce or crop any picture to fit the cake size. To order a photocake, simply indicate on your order form and then send us a digital copy by email to sales@yilingcakes.com.sg or send the original photograph through any of our stores.
